Join us for a relaxing way to wind down from your weekend and prepare for the week.

Ashley from Namaste Outdoors will lead the group through the first hour with light breathwork and a relaxing session of Yin Yoga. After that a special guest will assist Ashley in a neck release (gentle massage) during savasana, accompanied by a sound healing experience.
