A sound bath is a healing experience for the body, mind and spirit that uses sound vibrations to calm the nervous system, allowing for deep relaxation and nourishment. When taking place under a full moon, a powerful time to release what no longer is serving us, our healing energy becomes amplified.
There will be a short journaling component in theme with the moon, followed by slow flow yoga. Lastly, students will be invited to lay down, get comfortable and receive the medicine of sound.
Students should wear comfortable clothing. Sweatshirts, socks & layers are good options, as some tend to get cold during sound healing sessions. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, a journal, pen, water & anything else desired to aid in comfort.
